A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal history] On April 7, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for habitual larceny at the Seoul Eastern District Court on the following grounds: (a) on September 11, 2016, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence.

"2016 Gohap 239"

1. On September 25, 2016, around 01:55, the Defendant: (a) deemed that the “U” written indictment in the victim K-owned L L L, which is parked on the front road of the 22-1 neighboring Dogdong-gu, Doang-si, Jin-si, appears to be a clerical error (see, e.g., 2016 Gohap 239, 28,50). The Defendant committed an attempted theft by opening a chief door that was not locked for math car and stealinging property.

2. Larceny;

A. The Defendant opened an unlocked steering door of the victim M-owned N1 ton truck parked at the time and place specified in paragraph 1 at the same time and place, and carried out with the victim’s own 10,000 won in that place.

B. On September 25, 2016, around 02:50 on September 25, 2016, the Defendant opened a line-to-door driver’s seat of the victim Q Q, parked on the road in front of the “P cafeteria”, and carried out a line-to-day driver’s seat in the victim’s market located in the place, with the amount of KRW 10,000 on the line-to-day line, hand-day line, 1,00, 100 per annum.

"2017 Gohap 60" Defendant opened a door at the apartment parking lot set at 22,00 a.m. 976 m. 22 m. from Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu around September 21, 2016, which was parked there, and set up one set of the cash amounting to 200,000 won in cash owned by the victim and 30,000 won in the market value.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

From around that time to December 19, 2016, the Defendant, along with this, stolen money and valuables equivalent to KRW 4,390,000 in total over 17 times, including the entry in the list of crimes in [Attachment 18] from around that time to December 19, 2016, and attempted to steals over twice.
