Punishment of the crime

1. On June 26, 2018, the Defendant: around 03:12, Jun. 26, 2018, 2018: (a) discovered and did not correct the victim D’s E-car cars parked at the second-class parking lot of the Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Seoul; (b) opened a door-to-door, which was not corrected; and (c) came into the door, and stolen KRW 50,000,000,000 in cash, which is the one owned by the victim and kept in the business pocket book for keeping the driver’s seat.
2. On June 26, 2018, around 03:15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered and did not correct the Victim F’s G car at the second floor parking lot of the Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) opened a door-to-door driver’s seat that was parked in the second floor parking lot of the Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul; and (c) took a theft with cash of KRW 50,00,000,000, which is the victim’s possession of the other

On July 3, 2018, at around 01:20 on July 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in the first floor parking lot of the 1-5th, Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Dong-gu, Incheon-gu, Incheon-si, with a cash worth of KRW 50,00,00, which was owned by the victim and was stored in the vehicle, and stolen.
4. From July 22, 2018 to July 22, 2018, the Defendant, from around 22:00 on July 22, 2018 to around 09:10 of the following day, discovered and opened a N car of the victim M parked at the 1st floor parking lot in Y apartment-dong, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, and opened a door that was not corrected and stolen with a total of KRW 1,00,000,000 in cash owned by the victim and KRW 20,000,000.
5. On July 31, 2018, around 02:20 on July 31, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered and opened a victim P’s Qcar parked on the street in the south-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Yannam-si and did not correct it; and (b) stolen, with cash worth of KRW 134,00,00, which was owned by the victim and kept in the vehicle.
