Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 24, 2015, the Defendant acquired the amount equivalent to KRW 800,000,000,000,000,000,000 in the front of Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant: (a) around 05:50 on May 24, 2015; (b) one debit card of a national bank that was lost by the victim D; (c) one of the three-use compact cards; and (d) one of the subordinate card.

The Defendant did not follow necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

As a result, the Defendant embezzled the property to deviate from the possession of the victim.

2. Fraud;

A. On May 24, 2015, at around 05:58, the Defendant: (a) purchased the victim’s name in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E, “F convenience store for the management of the victim’s influence; (b) presented the debit card of a national bank owned by D, which acquired and embezzled as in paragraph (1), as if the Defendant was a debit card owned by the Defendant; and (c) had the victim prepare sales slips; and (d) received from the victim the amount equivalent to KRW 50,00 in the market value of the Eraddical tobacco.

B. On May 24, 2015, at around 06:03, the Defendant purchased the victim’s name in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G 'H convenience store' for the non-management of the victim’s name. On May 24, 2015, the Defendant presented the victim the debit card of the National Bank owned by the said D as if the Defendant was a debit card owned by the Defendant and presented it to the victim as if he was the debit card owned by the Defendant, and had the victim prepare sales slips, i.e., e., e., e., f., e., e., f., 15,00 won per e.g., e., 1

C. On May 24, 2015, the Defendant presented a debit card of a national bank owned by the above D to the victim as if the victim was a debit card owned by the Defendant, at around 06:10 on May 24, 2015, the “J convenience point for the management of the victim’s name in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon.”
