Criminal facts (Defendant A) 2016 Gohap 594
1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud) is an insurance solicitor belonging to AW G branch, and B is the head of the branch office H in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Headquarters H branch office of the victim AFC group Co., Ltd.
