A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 29, 2009, around 100, the Defendant subscribed the Victim’s Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd.’s non-distribution protocol 100 years old, the Defendant subscribed the Victim’s Compensation Insurance Co., Ltd.’s Non-Distribution LIG fluor II insurance, the Victim’s Non-Distribution Policy Co., Ltd.’s 200 insurance, the Victim’s Life Insurance Co., Ltd.’s Non-Distribution Policy, the Victim’s Non-Distribution Policy, the Victim’s Non-Distribution Policy, the Victim’s Non-Distribution Policy, the Victim’s Non-Distribution Policy, the Victim’s Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Ltd., the Victim’s Life Insurance Co., Ltd., the Victim’s Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Ltd., the Victim’s Non-Distribution Policy, the Victim’s Non-Distribution Policy, the Victim’s Non-Distribution Policy Co., Ltd.’s Life Insurance Co., Ltd., 107.

When receiving hospital treatment, the Defendant knew that the insurance money, such as the amount of hospitalization, is to be paid by the above insurance, and tried to obtain insurance money based on the certificate of entrance and discharge through repeated hospital treatment even in the circumstances where hospital treatment is not required or only a short-term hospital treatment is required.

Accordingly, the Defendant was hospitalized in D hospital from December 13, 2010 to December 27, 2010 on the grounds of other conical disorder, etc. at D hospital located in 15 days from 13 days to 15 days. However, at the time, the Defendant received pharmacologic treatment (pharmacologic treatment, oral medicine treatment) and physical therapy, and at the time, was sufficient to be hospitalized for seven days to observe the treatment and progress within the period of hospitalization.

Nevertheless, the defendant is the victim on December 28, 2010 on the ground of the above hospitalization treatment.
