A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 5, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Southern District Court, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on July 13, 2017.

From January 2012 to April 2012, the Defendant served as an insurance designer at the D insurance agency office for the operation of the victim C.

1. The defendant used the name of the insurance contractor acquired from another insurance agency that had been involved before serving as the above insurance agency to buy the insurance in his own name and to receive the insurance solicitation allowance as the result of the use of the insurance contractor's name.

On February 22, 2012, the Defendant: (a) at the insurance agency office of Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul E-building 302, without F’s consent, arbitrarily made use of the subscription form of the Insurance Co., Ltd. “F” that “F” and “G” in the contractor’s name and maturity revenue column; (b) entered the name in the lower contractor’s own column; (c) forged private documents on the F’s rights and obligations; (d) submitted them to the victim who is unaware of that day; (c) received them from the damaged person as an insurance solicitation allowance; and (d) submitted them to the victim with the same day, and (e) obtained them by fraud from the third person on March 23, 2012, and obtained them from the damaged person, and submitted them to the Plaintiff an insurance coverage or re-insurance policy under the name of another person (hereinafter “F”); and (e) submitted them to the 20th of Hyundai Insurance Co., Ltd., Ltd.’s total insurance premium subscription by 1370 G.

2. The defendant has obtained consent from the branch and has subscribed to insurance in his name, and the result is the result.
