Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

A. On February 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00, the Defendant: (b) received a 112 report that the Defendant was on a taxi operated by B while under the influence of alcohol at the 895-15, and did not pay a taxi fee on three occasions; and (c) received a 112 report that he did not pay a taxi fee; (d) the Defendant paid the taxi fee incurred by the police officer D, the police officer of the Ansan-gu Police Station, and the police officer assigned to the police officer, and asked the Defendant to return home after stating the details of the said report; (e) he/she must grow off; (e) turned off a bitch; (e) turned off a bitch; and (e) cut off a bitch; and (e) cut off a bitch; (e) he/she shall do so; and (e) he/she shall interfere with the execution of the said report by the police officer’s right to the port; (e) he/she shall do so.

나. 모욕 피고인은 위 ‘가’항과 같은 행위를 하여 공무집행방해죄의 현행범인으로 체포되었고 2013. 2. 18. 22:10경부터 23:30경까지 안산시 단원구 F에 있는 안산단원경찰서 C파출소에서 위 파출소 소속 순경인 피해자 D, 피해자 G으로부터 소지품 검사를 받게 되자 위 D, G을 향하여 발길질을 하고 파출소 바닥에 10여 차례 침을 뱉으며 택시기사 B, H순찰대 대원 I 등이 듣고 있는 가운데 위 D, G에게 “야이 씨발놈아, 니 좆 꼴리는 대로 하세요. 에이 씨발놈아. 좆까고 있네. 야이 좆만한 놈”, “니들이 경찰관이냐 씹새끼지”, “야이 짭새 씨발새끼야. 니미 씹이다. 좆까고 있네. 씹새끼가”라는 등의 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자들을 모욕하였다.
