A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 20:20 on June 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) boarded a taxi operated by B; (b) did not pay taxi charges; and (c) went to a D police box located in Suwon-si C in Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

The Defendant assaulted E and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties pertaining to the duties inside a police box.
