A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Incheon District Court on September 29, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 30, 2016.

[Criminal Facts]

1. On December 23, 2016, around 13:20, the Defendant: (a) requested repair of the victim D’s 'E operated by the victim D' in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, about December 23, 2016; and (b) the victim saw the hingri to the victim.

In this regard, it was argued that the victim demanded repair expenses, and the victim could repair the clothes of other customers without complying with it, and thus interfere with the victim's clothes repair work by force.

2. On December 23, 2016, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) was arrested as a current offender on the same ground as the description in paragraph (1) from G District District located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon on the same ground; (b) was arrested as a current offender; (c) was requested to receive personal information from H from a policeman belonging to the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong Police Station; and (d) did not live together, the Defendant unlawfully used another’s resident registration number by means of speaking as his resident registration number as if he were his resident registration number.

3. Counterfeiting a private signature and exercising a signature on the said investigation.

A. The Defendant arrested an offender without authority for the purpose of exercising at the time, time, and place described in paragraph 2, and then stated “written confirmation” as an official pen with an official seal affixed to the name and affixed it to H, who is unaware of the fact, forged I’s private signature by submitting it to the police officer belonging to the Incheon Bupyeong Police Station, and used a forged private signature.

B. On December 23, 2016, the Defendant, at the J division of the Incheon Bupyeong Police Station around December 16:3, 2016, conducted an investigation of the suspect for the same reason as indicated in paragraph 1 at the J division of the Incheon Bupyeong Police Station, stated the suspect interrogation protocol as I in the name of the suspect interrogation protocol, and read it back to the name, and submitted it to the slopeK affiliated with the Incheon Bupyeong Police Station, thereby forging the I’s signature, and forged it.
