A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 30, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended sentence for special injury in the support for the development of the Suwon method, and the judgment was finalized on May 27, 2017. On February 20, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to 2 years of suspended sentence for imprisonment with prison labor in October and on February 28, 2018, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 28, 2018.

1. On February 7, 2018, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) around 04:20, the Defendant and the head of the Dong-dong Police Station B located in Man-dong Police Station B located in Man-dong Police Station B located in Mancheon-si, Yongsan-si; (b) arrested him as a criminal committing fraud; and (c) transferred his/her name card to B located in Man-dong Police Station B located in Man-dong Police Station in Man-si, Changwon-si; and (d) the Defendant was required to present his/her identification card from the above police officer, stating that his/her type of E’s resident registration number was his/her resident registration

2. Counterfeiting a private signature and exercising a signature on the investigation;

A. On February 7, 2018, the Defendant entered “a confirmation column” and “a confirmation column of the suspect who is arrested and detained” in the “a confirmation letter of the suspect’s body,” at the office B of the police station B of the Msan-dong Police Station B of the above Msan-dong Police Station, and submitted it to Gyeong who is unaware of the circumstances.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged the signature of E and exercised it.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged the signature of E and exercised it.
