Based on the fact that the defendants had the resident registration certificates of Defendant A, the words of Defendant A, the couple, the Defendants conspired to receive performance guarantee insurance policies to enter into a contract for a film theater business with the head of the Neow Business Headquarters of the Republic of Korea, and to allow a woman whose name is unknown to act as if he were D, even though he had not obtained permission for joint and several sureties, and thereby, to obtain performance guarantee insurance policies.

1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On October 20, 2010, the Defendants drafted a performance guarantee insurance subscription form with the Seoul Guarantee Insurance Company and the film library business partnership agreement with the Defendants, and submitted the forged performance guarantee insurance form to the J, an employee, who is aware of the above name, in the address column of the joint and several surety, “Seoul Dobong-gu G Building 203 Dong 706,” “H” in the mobile phone number column, “I” in the mobile phone number column, and “D” in the name column, and written application for the performance guarantee insurance policy (payment guarantee policy) as above.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to exercise their rights and obligations, and forged a letter of subscription for performance (payment) surety insurance policy in the name of D, a private document, and exercised a forged letter of subscription.

2. The Defendants were to submit a separate taxation certificate, etc. of D as if a woman whose name cannot be known at the above date and place were D, and to sign the application for performance (payment) guarantee insurance as a joint and several surety, and as to the above performance (payment) guarantee insurance contract between the Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. and the Defendant A.
