A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than a narcotics handler, shall sell, administer, or provide Mebacophographs (one philopphone, hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), etc., which are a local mental medicine, and the defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Crimes committed on April 2020 (or giving and receiving philophones, and administering them).

A. On April 2020, the Defendant received phiphonephones by receiving approximately 0.12 gramphones from Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, the Defendant’s residence, from the Defendant’s friendship “D,” the Defendant’s friendship, free of charge.

B. The Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of philophonephones received from the same day and at the same place as above, in a way of drinking in water.

2. Crimes committed on April 2020 (Provision and medication of philophones).

A. On April 2020, the Defendant provided E with 0.03g of the penphones received from the name “D” at the above location where the Defendant’s residence was located.

B. The Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of philophonephones received from D at the same date and at the same place, by drinking them in water.

3. Crimes committed on July 11, 2020 (or receipt and administration of phiphones).

A. On July 11, 2020, around 16:55, the Defendant received the F Service Housing in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from G in a way that the Defendant received a frophone from G free of charge.

B. The Defendant administered a philophone in the same day and at the same place as above, in a manner of drinking water on the water.

4. Crimes committed on or after September 3, 2020 (the sale and purchase of phiphones, the medication).

A. On September 3, 2020, the Defendant purchased 1.6 million won from G on the rooftop of the above residential building of the Defendant at around 19:00, and purchased philophones by using approximately three grams of 1.6 million from G on a fluorian basis and receiving approximately three grams from G.

B. At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant administered 4. A of the instant philophones purchased as stated in paragraph (1) of the said 4. A, in a way of drinking water on the water.
