Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Where any person violates the Automobile Management Act takes over a registered motor vehicle, as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

( Si) An application for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle shall be made to a provincial company;

In May 2016, the Defendant did not apply for the registration of transfer of name within 15 days, without justifiable grounds, even though he/she given and received B-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S

2. On November 10, 2016, the Defendant was driving the said vehicle owned by the Defendant without a driver’s license, with approximately two metres in the height of the members of Ansan-si, the 539-15 Boke-dong, Dong 539-15, from Ansan-si to the front road 552-1, and without a driver’s license.

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance of motor vehicles;

The Defendant operated the said vehicle at the date, time, place, and place stated in paragraph (1) without purchasing mandatory insurance.

Article 81 (2) and Article 12 (1) (Violation of the Automobile Management Act), Article 152 (1) and Article 43 (Unlicensed Driving) of the Road Traffic Act, Article 46 (2) 2 and the main sentence of Article 8 (main sentence) of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act concerning criminal facts;

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of Article 334(1) or more of the Criminal Procedure Act.
