Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A transferee of an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer with the Mayor/Do Governor as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

On March 2015, the Defendant did not file an application for registration of transfer within 15 days, even though the Defendant purchased B rocketing car volume from a person under the name of the deceased, who became aware of the introduction of Rayman from the Dozines located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si. In addition, the Defendant did not file an application for registration of transfer within 15 days.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act is a holder of B rocketing passenger cars.

No owner of any motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.
