A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant worked in the C (State) percentage point located in B from June 24, 2016 to September 23, 2019, and was an employee of the said company, who instructed and supervised the business of purchase, inventory management, etc. of the victim D (V, 36 years old) who is an employee of the said company.

1. On July 7, 2018, around 00:30 on Cheongju-si, the Defendant set up posts of the victim who seeks to return home in dialogue with the victim at the front park in the Cheongju-si E Apartment-gu, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, and tried to bring the victim himself/herself even though the victim pusheded the defendant, and put him/her again and forced him/her to do so.

2. On August 3, 2018, at around 00:00, the Defendant: (a) was walking along a road suitable for the F apartment of the petition-gu, Cheongju-si with the victim; (b) was hacking the victim’s hurf with the victim’s own hand; (c) was hurfing the victim’s hurf with the victim’s hand; and (d) the victim was hurfed with the victim’s hand.

3. On August 3, 2018, at around 00:30, the Defendant, in front of the victim’s residence located in the petitioner Gu G at the Cheongju-si, proposed the Defendant’s sexual flag to the extent of contact with the victim’s bucks, and tried to give kis to the victim.

4. 피고인은 2019. 5. 4. 16:00경 위 C(주) 율량점 지하 1층 사무실에서, 컴퓨터로 업무를 하고 있는 피해자의 뒤로 다가와 양손으로 피해자의 어깨를 주무르고, 이에 피해자가 “하지 마세요”라고 하며 어깨를 움직였음에도 약 1~2분간 계속하여 어깨를 주물렀으며, 피해자가 “이렇게 하면 성추행으로 신고하겠다”라고 하였음에도 “그래도 상관없어”라고 말하며 피해자의 오른쪽 귓불을 주물렀다.

5. At around 15:00 on May 31, 2019, the Defendant kikids on the victim’s left kis on the upper part of the 1st floor of the above C (ju) volume, and on the part of the victim’s left kis.

Accordingly, the defendant is on duty by force over five times in total.
