A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person operating the Gangnam-gun B and the first floor “C” restaurant and the fourth floor “D” hall, and the victim E (n, 27 years of age and 20 years of age) and the victim F (n, 20 years of age) are employees of the said head office.

1. Around 02:00 on February 4, 2018, the Defendant’s indecent act by compulsion against the victim F by force: (a) entered a large room of the victim’s night-gun G building H heading, Gangwon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which is the victim’s lodging room, and (b) reported the victim’s intent to sleep on the floor; (c) made it difficult for the victim’s body to divide the victim’s shoulder by both hand while coming back on the victim’s side; and (d) put the victim’s left face and left part of the victim’s shoulder.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

2. Indecent acts by compulsion against victims E;

A. At around 02:00 on January 2018, the Defendant: (a) while drinking alcohol with the victim at the above “C” restaurant; (b) laid off the victim’s bridge, and tried to display the victim’s face to the victim by hand after taking the victim’s bucks.

B. On February 4, 2018, at around 05:00, the Defendant: (a) performed drinking together with the victim in a restaurant of “C”, and (b) carried the victim’s bridge with his/her hand by cutting down the bridge; (c) attempted to buck the victim’s face by force; (d) but the victim attempted to buck the victim’s face; (e) attempted to buck the victim’s buck; (e) after putting the victim with his/her clothes on the victim’s panty; and (e) putting the victim with his/her finger, the victim’s chest was bucked by inserting his/her finger with his/her panty; and (e) putting the victim’s finger.

C. At around 03:00 on February 27, 2018, the Defendant continued to take the victim’s face with his/her own hand and kis, with his/her own hand, and the victim continued to have the victim’s crypted, and the victim crypted his/her crypted, followed the Defendant by his/her restraint.
