A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Indecent acts by compulsion against the victim D;

A. On March 28, 2016, the Defendant, at around 22:00 on March 28, 2016, committed an indecent act by compulsion, by compulsion, committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who was an employee of the Defendant’s father, under the influence of alcohol at the Fsing room located in the Cheongju-si Petition E, and who was an employee of the Defendant’s father of the company (the age of 24). Around March 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was aware of the victim’s shoulder who was seated on the Defendant’s side by hand; and (b) was able to be drunk by the victim

B. On July 6, 2016, the Defendant, at around 22:00 on July 6, 2016, committed an indecent act by force against the victim D (the age of 24) who was an employee of the Defendant’s father of the company under the influence of alcohol at the G music room located in the Cheongju-si Office, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim’s view that he/she was seated on the part of the Defendant.

2. Indecent acts by compulsion against the victim H;

A. On May 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act by compulsion by force on the part of the Defendant: (a) around May 2016, 2016, while drunk in a Fsing room located in Cheongju-si, the Defendant committed an indecent act by compulsion by force against the victim, who is an employee of the Defendant’s father, by drinking in the Fsing room in Cheongju-si, E; and (b) the victim, who singing in the singing, committed an indecent act by force by putting the victim’s her son’s son with his son

B. On July 15, 2016, the Defendant, at around 21:00 on July 15, 2016, under the influence of alcohol at the Ising room located in the Cheongju-si Petition E, had the victim H (the 35 years of age), who is an employee of the company’s father, drinked the victim’s h (the 35 years of age), brought the victim’s h's h's h's h't by hand, had the victim h's h's shoulder by hand, and had the victim h's h's shoulder by hand, and committed an indecent act by coercion against the victim by forcing the victim by taking the victim’s h's h's h's h't.

3. The Defendant, at around July 21, 2016, committed indecent act by compulsion against the victim J, by drinking the victim J (the age of 22) who is an employee of the board of the company, who was under the influence of alcohol in the Fing room located in the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, and by driving the victim’s shoulder with a single hand, and forcing the victim to do so.
