A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 28, 2018, the crime committed around March 28, 2018 (violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (voluntary indecent act) committed by the Defendant on March 28, 2018, at the “D” clothes repair house operated by the Defendant located in Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon around 19:00, and at the “D” clothes repair house operated by the Defendant, the victim E (V, 15 years old) and the school uniforms repair house, and the Defendant committed an indecent act by force by inserting the hand into the school uniforms bucks in which the victim suffered.

2. The crime committed around March 29, 2018 (violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (voluntary indecent act)) committed on March 29, 2018 between the Defendant and around 18:00 on March 29, 2018 and around 19:00, F, who visited the above clothes repair house with the victim E, visited the toilets between the Defendant and the victim E, and the victim with the defect of the twel.

“In doing so, an indecent act by coercioning the victim by putting the shoulder of the victim himself/herself and keeping the face of the victim at the close of the victim’s face, and by pushing the victim’s face.

3. A crime committed on March 30, 2018 (a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse and a damage to property).

A. On March 30, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (indecent act by compulsion), at the clothes repair house around 17:00 on March 30, 2018, and “I want to scoo the scoo.”

“The victim E, G (n, 14 years old), and H (n, 14 years old), etc. were called the above clothes repair house, and became potable at the same time.

At around 19:00 on the same day, the Defendant sees the outlines covered by Victim E, and “I am bad.”

“In doing so, the said victim committed an indecent act by force by inserting the hand into the school uniforms bucker, which the said victim suffered, as rhydbucks.

At around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant continued to sit side of the Victim G on the same day, and committed an indecent act by force by force against the victim, such as using bucks and rhyths for the victim’s own bucks, keeping the victim’s face into the victim’s face, and pushing the victim’s face.

Defendant continued to do so 2:20 on the same day.
