A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 29, 2014, at around 14:24, the Defendant taken a picture of the victim B (e.g., age 59) who emitted from a shower by her body in a galthal galthocle, in a salthal lue room located in the Busan Shipping Daegu-si, Busan Metropolitan Government.

The Defendant taken photographs of another person’s body, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his will, using the camera.

2. On September 4, 2014, at around 13:30, the Defendant taken a screen picture of the victim, who is headed by shower body after a shower, in a gallon string room located in the Busan Sho-gu, Busan, the Defendant’s Domna-ro screened the above victim with a gallon Kamera.

The Defendant taken photographs of another person’s body, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his will, using the camera.

3. At around 22:00 on September 6, 2014, the Defendant displayed video images taken in front of the city in Busan, Seo-gu E, Busan, to the victim’s friendship F against the victim’s will.

Thus, the defendant provided others with photographs taken by using a camera to cause sexual humiliation or humiliation against his will.

4. At around 11:00 on September 21, 2014, the Defendant sent the video recorded as stated in the foregoing paragraph 1 to the victim’s pro-dong G and three mobile phone Kakaoooooox, contrary to the victim’s intent.

Thus, the defendant provided others with photographs taken by using a camera to cause sexual humiliation or humiliation against his will.
