A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against the victim B;

A. From September 30, 2016 to September 1, 2011 of the same year, the Defendant taken the body of another person, who may cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera, in a class of 2 to 5-year D high school located in Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, U.S., and in a class of 42 times as photographs of the victim B (V, 17 years old), a female student of the same half of the Defendant’s cell phone camera, and taken the body of another person, who may cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his/her will.

B. On January 10, 2018, the Defendant displayed the victim’s pictures and videos taken under the title “H” on the Internet site “H” at the Defendant’s house located in the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E Apartment Complex F, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si, and displayed the victim’s pictures and videos, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame against the victim’s will.

2. Crimes against victims I;

A. The Defendant from March 17, 2017 to the same year.

4. By the end of 24th 4th 3th year class of the above D High School, the body of another person, which might cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame by using a camera, was taken 17 times in photographs of the victim I (n, 17 years of age) who is a female student of the same half of the Defendant's mobile phone camera, and eight times in video, taken against his will.

B. On January 10, 2018, the Defendant posted the images and videos of the victim taken as described in the above Internet site “G” under the title “J” to the said Internet site “G,” and displayed them openly against the Defendant’s will, by posting them the pictures and videos taken by the victim, which might cause sexual humiliation or shame.

3. Crimes against K of Victims;

A. From April 19, 2017 to October 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) from the above D High School’s three-year class and fourth-year class of the above D High School; (b) from the Defendant’s mobile phone camera to the Defendant’s mobile phone camera; (c) up to 81 times in pictures of the Victim K, which is a female student of the same half of the same year.
