Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, along with B, C, D, and E, intended to intentionally cause a traffic accident and obtain insurance proceeds, and D, around October 16, 2016, operated a F-A-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing, the Defendant discovered the Defendant’s reverse-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing, and was granted KRW 2114,2,30.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, C, D, and E, had a total of KRW 10,264,490 by deceiving the damaged company by insurance fraud.
