Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On December 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) caused an intentional accident with the method of putting the wheels into the wheels; (b) caused an insurance company to receive insurance money; (c) concealed the body in front of D in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, in front of D on December 1, 2016, and discovered the body in front of D, which is adjacent to the electric telegram, and then in D, from D’s direction, the Defendant was able to find out the E driver’s motor vehicle of lurf, which is bypassing to the alley in the main direction, and “after the vehicle faces intentionally the left side,” and (d) demanded the driver’s insurance treatment.
