Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are pro-Japanese, and Defendant A was in contact with the Plaintiff while operating a D B BB car purchased under the name of her mother, and when the said car was destroyed due to the occurrence of the contact accident, the said car was falsely received by the insurance company, and acquired the repair cost by fraud. A receives KRW 1,548,00 as insurance money from April 11, 2016 to May 15 of the same month from the victim company, and Defendant C received KRW 498,000 on April 11, 2016.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to receive property from the victim company.
