Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 10, 2016, the Defendant received a proposal from the Defendant that “the Defendant acquired insurance money by deceptioning the insurance money in the intentional accident,” and subsequently, accepted it. On October 18, 2016, the Defendant boardedd the D Orler’s car driven by C with E and F, and black the object of the crime.

C was driven by a road in front of the H station in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu Dong-gu, on the same day at around 22:25, while driving along a one-lane road in front of the oil station in the Gu-gu, Daegu-gu.

The Defendant, C, E, and F intentionally caused a traffic accident as above and did not receive actual treatment of the said accident, but caused the injury and property damage due to I’s negligence, and received treatment from K Hanwon, the Defendant, C, and C, E, and F submitted treatment records, estimates, etc. to the employees in charge of the victim’s Matz fire damage insurance, and received a total of KRW 8,703,430 for medical expenses, agreements, and repair expenses from the victim company.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired insurance money by insurance fraud in collusion with C, E, and F.
