Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 400,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 05:40 on September 4, 2014, the Defendant attempted to steal the bank owned by the victim in order to cut down on the floor by cutting down 60 strings, which are considered to go up to Gemangs, in the dry field of the victim D located in Namyang-si, where the Defendant came up with the chair prepared in advance in front of the heading tree located in the place. However, the Defendant failed to commit an attempted crime by cutting down 60 strings to Gemangs, which are considered to go up to Gemangs.
