Punishment of the crime

[2013 high-level 180] The victim C is the owner of the register purchased dry field D from the outside of the case E in September 2012.

Since about 20 years prior to the purchase of dry field, the Defendant thought that the dry field was owned by himself, as the victims have cultivated the dry field.

At around 16:40 on March 31, 2013, the Defendant opened a dry field owned by the victim C, which is one of his dry field as seen above, and destroyed and damaged a fence installed by the victim in order to protect crops in dry field, and continued to walk the agricultural-use vinyl covered by the victim in good hand in order to protect the seeds of the high-gu seed, and taken the tear and high-speed weather seed with tear and damaged the property amounting to 2.50,000 won.

[2013, 11:00 on June 12, 2013, the Defendant laid down a part of the fence bed of the dry field owned by the C, which was laid down on the dry field fence, on the ground that “the victim was faced with her own bed,” which was laid down in the dry field owned by the C, located in Jung-do-Eup, Si.
