Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

In 208, the Defendant was engaged in agriculture and conducted a boundary survey after forming a dry field of D, the land owned by the victim C(the age of 66) and the dry field, the boundary of which is the land owned by the victim C(the age of 66).
