1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. 1) The Plaintiff is a party C (Power-driven vessel, water-driven engine, gross tonnage of 69 tons, date of launch: June 10, 1997; hereinafter “instant vessel”).

(2) From February 16, 2011 to January 13, 2012, the Defendant was the owner of the instant vessel as the head of the engine (a person who, as a person responsible for engine driving, repairs minor engine breakdowns, manages engine oil and oil tanks, etc.).

B. (1) The collision between the instant vessel and the vessel’s port of Jinjin on October 8, 201 and entering the port of mother on October 20, 201, when the instant vessel was departing from the port of Jinjin on October 8, 201, and entered the port of mother on October 20, 2011, the collision between D (general cargo, goods and heavy weight tonnage: 148,664.4 tons) and the vessel’s port of port of loading on around 11:30 (hereinafter “instant collision accident”).

C.
