A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On August 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) stated in the Daegu Dong-gu B building No. 3; (b) stated as Dong-gu B building D, Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, and had F notify F of D’s personal information, and had F enter “D”, “G”, into the name column of the application for membership of the E card personal member; and (c) signed in the column of the applicant’s signature.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of application for membership of a personal card in the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On August 31, 2018, the Defendant: (a) in the vicinity of the Central Park in Busan-gu, Daegu-gu Central Park; (b) had a solicitor of H card enter “D”, “G”, “G”, etc. in the name column of his/her application for membership of the H card; (c) had the solicitor of H card enter “D”, “G”, etc. in his/her home column; and (d) signed on the name side of the applicant’s name, stating “D” as a color pen in the column of the applicant’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged an application form for membership of the H card under the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

A. At the time and place specified in paragraph (1) above, the Defendant submitted to the E- Card Solicitors F an application for membership of a forged E- Card F, as described in paragraph (1) as if the application was duly prepared.

B. At the time and place specified in Paragraph (1)(b) above, the Defendant submitted to the H card recruiter I, who is aware of such forgery, an application for membership of a forged H card as described in Paragraph (1)(b), as if it were genuine.
