1. On January 19, 2017, the Defendant entered the D Hospital located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, into an underground parking lot and intruded into the first floor of the above building. On the other hand, the Defendant was discovered in the security guards, who opened a book installed in the information room and found stolen objects, without finding any objects, and thereafter entered the office into the original department.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and attempted to steals another's property, but did not bring about such intent.

2. From January 19, 2017 to around 16:30 on the same day, the Defendant entered an elementary school, opened a corridor window that has not been corrected in the administrative office, and intruded into the inside by means exceeding the post-strings of the F elementary school located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, by taking advantage of the method more than 17:10,000 won in cash owned by the victim G and stored in the envelope.

3. The Defendant, at the same time and place as described in the above paragraph 2, intruded the same place in the same manner as described in the above paragraph 2, and followed the west located therein, and stolen one head of the NA owned by the Defendant.

4. The Defendant: (a) opened the window of the assistant principal in the manner described in the foregoing two paragraphs at the time and place specified in the foregoing two paragraphs; and (b) destroyed two soft devices and opened the west, thereby causing property theft; (c) did not have any property to be stolen; and (d) did not receive any property to be stolen.

5.
