A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On October 26, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection, etc. of Victims, and completed the execution of the sentence in Daegu Prison on May 14, 2016.

1. A person who has attempted to larceny residence at night or to larceny at night;

A. On February 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a entrance in the victim E (54 years old) located in the Southern-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, at around 03:00, where the victim E (54 years old) was in a 308 heading room and was not corrected; (b) intruded into the room; and (c) went back the victim’s pointer who was suffering from the clothes, and then deducted the amount of KRW 87,000 in cash owned by the victim.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

B. On June 24, 2017, at around 03:30, the Defendant opened a 101 door where the victim H (n, 26 years of age) located in Gelagu, Daegu Northern-gu F, where the victim H (n, n, and 26 years of age) was living in the 101 door room, and intruded by the room, and subsequently, attempted to steal the victim’s goods, but the victim did not have the intent on the wind, but did not commit the attempted act.

On June 24, 2017, at around 03:36, the Defendant opened a 103 door where the victim I (58 taxes) was in the Gelel located in the Daegu Northern-gu F, Daegu Northern-gu, and opened a 103 door room where the victim I (58 taxes) was in custody, and intruded by the room, and then followed the victim's wall that was in custody of the part of the victim who was in his/her clothes, and then deducted 350,000 won in cash in his/her possession.

2. Intrusion upon residence, theft;

A. On February 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a 205 entrance wherein the victim L(45 years old) L(s) located in the GJ of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, at around 07:31, the Defendant intruded into the room; (b) opened a 205 entrance where the victim L(s) was located in the said J; (c) and (d) went into the room; and (d) 450,000 won in cash in the victim’s head; and (d) went

B. On April 1, 2017, the Defendant opened a 101 entrance in the Victim O (50) located in the N in Daegu-gu Dong-gu M, Daegu-gu, and opened a 101 entrance, which was not corrected, and intrudes into the room, and then set up on the bed.
