A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around 21:00 on July 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened the victim D's warehouse in Jeju at Jeju on July 8, 2017; and (b) took 3 km of the market price of the victim's possession in the air conditioners in the air conditioners, with 18,000 won and 3 km (three km of three 2L life bottles) at the market price of the victim's possession in the air conditioners; and (c) cut off with 5 km of the market price of 20,000 won at the front end of the warehouse.
On December 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 04:37, 2017, at Jeju-si, opened a steering house of G-si, the victim F, who was parked in the latter E apartment parking lot; and (b) cut off the cash amount of KRW 63,000 owned by the victim who was kept in the next place of the fishing equipment, and stolen the said cash amount of KRW 63,000.
1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;
A. On January 14, 2018, the Defendant came to “I” located at H on January 14, 2018 at Jeju-si, around 19:00, and went to the office of the said center through a entrance that was not locked on the intent of theft of property, and went to the said office, and had KRW 300,000 in cash owned by the victim within the bank of the victim J.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property owned by the victim by impairing the building at night over three times.
2. On January 23, 2018, the Defendant who intrudes upon his/her residence came before the house of the victim L, which was located in K at Jeju on January 23, 2018, and enters the house of the victim beyond the fenced with his/her intent to steal the property.
