1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for three years and imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years; and

1. Defendant B, while serving as a cargo security guard after the victim G's logistics center in Osan City, Inc., Ltd., the Defendant entered the second floor logistics warehouse on August 5, 2012 by using patrol hours at around 03:00 and concealed eight cosmetics equivalent to the total market price of KRW 2.2 million, which is the market price of the victim company.

From around that time to August 12, 2012, the Defendant stolen cosmetics equivalent to KRW 16,30,000, total market value of the victim company, as stated in [Attachment Table 1-3] No. 1-3 by the same method.

2. On August 15, 2012, Defendants B, who were Defendant A and the victim company, were urged to steal the cosmetics stored in the said logistics center.

Defendant

A around 03:00 on August 17, 2012, entered the logistics center inside the above logistics center, and entered the second floor warehouse through the first warehouse. At this point, at this point, 50 cosmetics equivalent to 14 million won at the market price of the victim company, together with Defendant B, transported 50,000 won in plastic bags, and carried them out in front of the warehouse.

The Defendants, together from around that time to August 23, 2012, stolen cosmetics worth KRW 84,30,000,000, total market price of the victim company, as stated in [Attachment Table 4-6] Nos. 4-6 by the same method, from around that time.

3. Defendant A

A. At around 04:58 on December 7, 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim’s JNS car, which was parked at the 205 underground parking lots of H apartment, with the front wheels of the said vehicle, cut off with the wheelchairs and jacker, and then cut off two knife (including wheelchairs) with a percentage of 800,000 won in total at the market value.

B. On December 7, 2012, the Defendant is M operated by the victim L on the first floor of the K Building in Osan-si around 19:35.
