A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, for about three months from the early 2016 police officers, was working at the C (State) D Logistics Center located in Echeon-si B (hereinafter “T”) for approximately three months, and used that the security of the above logistics center is weak, in order to steal the goods owned by the victim C (State) by intrusion into the above logistics center.

At around 17:00 on May 8, 2019, the Defendant intruded the above logistics center over pents and up to the inside of the above logistics center. At around 17:00, the Defendant stolen the goods owned by the victim company equivalent to KRW 335,730 (WH-100XM2) of the market price of the victim company held in another logistics center, which is the victim company held in another logistics center, from the market price of KRW 9,371,030 (WH-100M2) other than the above logistics center, by taking advantage of the second floor of the above logistics center after the second floor of the above logistics center, by taking advantage of the first preparation prepared outside of the above logistics center, by removing and removing the goods away from the floor, and by intrusioning the above logistics center over three times, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, the Defendant stolen the goods owned by the victim company.
