A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 3, 2012, around 04:40 on October 3, 2012, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim D’s house located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government into the living room through a opened window outside the house; (b) cut off cash of 150,000 won; (c) credit card 9; (d) one resident registration certificate; (d) one undeveloped part of the market price with one driver’s license; (e) one cell phone in the market price; (e) one mobile phone in the market price; (e) one mobile phone in the market price; and (e) one motor vehicle key in the city; and (e) cut off the E-chier, the victim’s owner, who was parked before the said house; and (e) drive the said motor vehicle with the vehicle’s key.

2. On October 3, 2012, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) purchased cosmetics equivalent to KRW 86,500 at the market price from the victim’s name partner in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu; (b) made a stolen credit card by presenting the SK credit card as the Defendant’s credit card as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s credit card; (c) deceiving the victim as if the Defendant had a legitimate right to use the said credit card; (d) obtained the cosmetics of KRW 86,500 at the market price from the victim’s name partner; and (e) obtained the cosmetics of KRW 86,500 at the market price.

In addition, the Defendant used the stolen credit card at least four times from the above date to 05:42 of the same day from the above date and time, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and deceiving the victims as if the Defendant had a legitimate right to use the said credit card, and then acquired the cosmetics equivalent to KRW 363,300 at the market price from the victims.
