Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A on June 15, 1994, at the Daegu District Court sentenced three years to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief), four years to imprisonment for the same crime in the same court on April 23, 1997, and ten months to imprisonment for special larceny in the Daegu District Court Port Branch on January 30, 2008, respectively. On September 2, 2010, the Incheon District Court sentenced two years and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the same court on December 9, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence from the last military prison on January 13, 2017.

Defendant

B on November 3, 2005, 4 years of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes (ththief) in the support of Suwon Franchi, and 3 years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the support of the Daejeon District Court on October 21, 201, and on July 10, 201, the Jeonju District Court was sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny from military mountain support of the Jeonju District Court on July 10, 2015, and the execution of the sentence was completed at a military prison on November 8, 2017.

On January 2018, the Defendants conspiredd to steals goods from a construction site in a restaurant located near the Seocho-gu Seoul Military Station on the early January 2018.

1. From January 8, 2018 to around 08:00 on the 108:00 of the same month, the Defendants attempted to steal, or attempted to steals, by combining goods worth KRW 90,500,000 in total nine times during the period from around 18:0 to around 08:00 of the same month, from the E site located in Gunsan-si, in which the market value of the victim F (60 years, south) management cannot be identified, the Defendants were discovered to a person who was in the course of the commission of the cargo using the method of realizing the cargo onto which the number of the victim F (60 years, south) management is unknown.

2. Violation of the Automobile Management Act and use of forged air defense;

A. On January 13, 2018, the Defendants involved in the crime of fabrication are located in G-based temporary street around 23:00.
