[criminal history] Defendant A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court on May 28, 2004, and was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for the same crime at the Ulsan District Court on March 28, 2008, and was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for the same crime at the Busan District Court on October 26, 2011, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 15, 2016, and was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for habitual larceny, etc. at the Ulsan District Court on August 2, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence on November 24, 2017 and was sentenced to 12 times of imprisonment for the same crime.

C On February 6, 2004, the Busan District Court was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) at the Dong Branch of the Busan District Court, and was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for the same crime at the Ulsan District Court on May 13, 2008, and was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for the same crime at the Dong Branch of the Busan District Court on November 1, 2013, and was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for the same crime in the Busan District Court on September 2, 2016, and was sentenced to four years and six months of imprisonment for a special larceny in the same court on December 16, 2017, and was sentenced to nine times of imprisonment for the same crime.
