Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for eight months in the Seoul Central District Court on July 3, 2001; eight months in the same court on August 16, 2002; eight months in the Seoul Southern District Court on May 16, 2005; four months in the Seoul Southern District Court on December 15, 2006; four months in the Seoul Southern District Court for larceny; one year and six months in the Seoul Southern District Court on July 11, 2007; and one year and six months in the same court on April 20, as a crime of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny).
2. On August 29, 1974, Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months and 2 years of suspended sentence for larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on February 25, 1985; imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months and 3 years of suspended sentence for special larceny at the Busan District Court on May 4, 1993; imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months at the Seoul Central District Court on October 22, 1999; imprisonment with prison labor for 1 year and 6 months with prison labor for special larceny; imprisonment with prison labor for 1 year and 6 months at the same court on April 24, 2001; and imprisonment with prison labor for 1 year and 3 years at the Seoul Southern District Court on July 11, 2007 for 20 years and completed the execution of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on September 3, 2009 (Aggravated punishment).
[Criminal facts]
1. On October 12:40, 2015, the habitual thief Defendants: (a) conspireds to steals a stable bag using the gap in which the wedding hall is congested; (b) reported that there is a wedding ceremony of the victim F, a new franc in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Da-gu D hotel on the fiveth floor around October 12:40; and (c) Defendant A reported the network around the reception stand of the stable bag; and (d) Defendant B entered the name of the one who requested the delivery of the stable bag in the name book.
