Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the chairperson of the Busan Northern-gu B apartment C Emergency Countermeasures Committee, and the victim D(62) is the head of the management office of the above apartment, and the above person is continuing legal disputes and appraisal disputes related to the above apartment management affairs.

1. On October 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) found the above apartment management office around 10:55 on Oct. 1, 2019, and (b) took part in the employees of the management office of the said apartment management office, including the victim D, with the noise of “packer D” and the victim D’s interference with the business; (c) took part in the victim D’s hack belt and hand; and (d) took part in the victim D by hand, with the victim D’s hick belt and hand; and (e) took part in the 10 minutes of the above management office, including walking the door of the above management office.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim D and interfered with the management office related to the victim D by force.

2. At around 16:40 on October 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) thought that a resident of the Emergency Countermeasures Committee, who was a member of the victim D, demands unreasonable agreement with the victim D in relation to the case of assaulting the victim D; (b) took the victim D from the corridor in front of the said apartment management office, he/she was aware of the victim D’s face with the left hand, sealed the victim E (67 years of age), who is an employee of the said management office, with the victim’s cell phone, and dried the victim D’s hand with his/her hand in order to take the victim D’s cell phone to take the victim’s cell phone; and (c) took the victim D’s hand to take the victim D’s cell phone.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted victims.

3. Destruction of documents;

A. On October 27, 2019, the Defendant removed the public notice “Minutes of October 27, 2019 of the 18th council of occupants’ representatives, which was attached to the wall of the said apartment F-dong elevator by the victim D” on the B4 paper size attached to the wall of the said apartment F-dong elevator.

B. On November 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 11:14, 201, attached the victim D on the wall of the said apartment FF elevator; and (b) on October 27, 2019, the council of occupants’ representatives at the 18th council.
