Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who was working as the Chairperson of the Emergency Countermeasure Committee for the Busan exists as the victim D, who was working as the Head of the Management Office at the above apartment management office, thought that the victim D had been working as the Head of the Management Office of the apartment management, had been informed of dismissal to the victim, but had the victim continued to work and had the victim prevented the victim from working. 1. On July 3, 2014, the Defendant was sent the victim a notice of dismissal with content certification before the Management Office of the above C apartment on July 30, 2014.

'Along with 5-6 members of the Emergency Countermeasure Committee, the victim was prevented from entering the entrance door of the Management Office, thereby obstructing the duties of the head of the Management Office of the victim by force.

2. On July 4, 2014, the Defendant damaged each of the above property by preventing the victim D from entering the said apartment management office and working at the said apartment management office, replacing the entrance door door of the management office, allowing the victim D to arbitrarily change the door locks, which was located in the said office, and preventing the use of the door locks.
