1. The Defendant is based on the termination of title trust on December 9, 2015, on the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

On March 30, 2012, the Defendant entered into a title trust agreement with the Plaintiff on the automobiles listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant automobiles”) and registered the transfer of ownership in the name of the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff terminated the said title trust agreement with the delivery of the duplicate of the instant complaint.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to accept the transfer registration procedure from the Plaintiff on the ground of the termination of title trust on December 9, 2015, which is the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint concerning the instant motor vehicle.
