1. The Defendant is based on the termination of title trust on November 11, 2016, on the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Defendant requested the Plaintiff to name the business owner, and the Defendant operated the “C” business in the name of the Plaintiff.

B. The Defendant paid the installment of the vehicle to the Plaintiff, and demanded the Plaintiff to purchase the vehicle in the name of the Plaintiff, and the Defendant purchased and operated the instant vehicle in the name of the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant vehicle”).

C. The Plaintiff terminated the title trust by serving a duplicate of the instant complaint.

Therefore, on November 11, 2016, the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint concerning the instant motor vehicle by the Plaintiff, the Defendant ought to take over the transfer registration procedure for ownership transfer on the ground of termination of title trust.
