1. The Defendant is based on the termination of title trust on April 25, 2016 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the attached list to the Plaintiff.

Basic Facts

C and the Defendant established the Plaintiff on July 22, 2014 by designating C as the representative director, and the Defendant as the inside director.

On October 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased a motor vehicle listed in the separate sheet from D (hereinafter “instant motor vehicle”); and (b) completed the ownership transfer registration in the Plaintiff’s name.

Therefore, on April 25, 2016, the Defendant is obliged to implement the procedure for ownership transfer registration on the ground of termination of title trust, where the copy of the instant complaint was served to the Plaintiff, clearly shows that the record was made.

In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is accepted as reasonable.
