The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and eight months and for a crime of Article 4 of the Criminal Act for the crimes of Articles 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6.

Punishment of the crime

On March 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) at the Seoul Western District Court and two years of suspended execution, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 3, 2013.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariana) by trading marijuana;

A. In early August 2012, the Defendant traded marijuana with the price of KRW 200,000,000,000 from the bar page near D Station located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, and with the price of KRW 25,000,000 for marijuana 25g.

B. In 2012, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana 25g with payment of KRW 200,000,000 to E at the same place as B’s B’s preceding port and with payment of KRW 25,00.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariana) by trading marijuana;

A. On August 15, 2012, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana 4g in the form of fested, with the payment of KRW 600,000,000, to H upon the request from the back end of the G hotel located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F to purchase marijuana.

B. Around August 18, 2012, the Defendant purchased and sold 6g of marijuana in 100,000 won by receiving 1 million won at the request of H to purchase marijuana at the same place as the preceding paragraph.

C. Around September 10, 2012, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana 4g in the form of a fluorous d, upon receiving 550,000 won from H upon receiving request from the person who requested the purchase of marijuana at the same place as Paragraph (a).

On September 10, 2012, the Defendant purchased and sold 2g of marijuana in the form of a 1999, upon receiving 3.60,000 won from H upon receipt of a request from the branch to purchase the marijuana at the same place as Paragraph (a).

E. Around September 25, 2012, the Defendant purchased and sold 6g of the hemp in 1050,000 won by receiving 1050,000 won from H upon receipt of a request from the branch in the same place as Paragraph (a).

F. On September 30, 2012, the Defendant received request from the branch person to purchase marijuana at the same place as Paragraph (a).
