Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On December 27, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Jeonju District Court’s Gunsan Branch, 10 months, 2 years, and 10 months, respectively, from the Daejeon District Court’s Seosan Branch, to the punishment of larceny. On July 28, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny on December 21, 2012, and on September 6, 2013, from the Daejeon District Court’s Seosan Branch, to the punishment of larceny.

1. From June 13, 2014 to June 25, 2014, the Defendant jointly with C, and from June 13, 2013 to June 06:00 of the same month, the Defendant: (a) loaded and stolen the transit of 400 liters equivalent to the market price of KRW 664,00,00 in storage of the victim E in the oil tank at the site of Boan City D Gas Control Corporation from June 13, 2014 to June 16, 100 of the same month; and (b) committed the same year from that time in collaboration with C, the Defendant: (c) loaded and stolen the F truck, which is loaded with C.
6. From 25. 07:30 until 07:30, the victims’ property was stolen on a total of four occasions, as described in the list of offenses (1).

On January 18, 2015, the Defendant: around 18:49, at the parking lot adjacent to the “H” restaurant located in Chungcheongnam-nam Budget-gun G on January 18, 2015; on the one hand, the Defendant destroyed the vehicle’s husband, who was parked in the said place, by using a stone, and cut off the door door of the between the two parties; and cut off one 10,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession, within the bank located in the between the bitke and the credit card company, etc.

On January 21, 2015, the Defendant: around 20:13, at the M Hospital parking lot located in the Chungcheongnamnam Budget-gun L, the Defendant destroyed the Olearning car, which was parked therein, using bricks, and cut off the 60,000 won of the market price of the victim P, who was on the top of the front floor, and cut off one door at a size of 90,000 won of the market price, which is equivalent to the 60,000 won of the market price.
4. On January 22, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime on January 22, 2015, the Chungcheongnam-nam Budget Group around January 15:12.
