Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B and D, the special larceny Defendant and D, around 00:30 on October 2, 2013, led Defendant B and D to one bicycle equal to KRW 100,000,00 in the market price owned by the victim F.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with D.
2. Defendant B thief
A. At around 23:00 on December 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven one of the CT100 Oral Ba equivalent to KRW 200,000, a market price owned by the victim H in front of the Chungcheongnam-gun budget G, Chungcheongnam-gun; and (b) stolen it.
B. At around 21:00 on March 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven one unclaimed LT110 Orala in the market value, which is owned by the victim K, in front of the J restaurant located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I; and (b) stolen it.
3. The Defendants, and D’s special larceny Defendants and D were on January 15, 2014, around 23:56, and around 103 parking lots of 103 Ma-gun, Chungcheongnam-nam Budget-gun, and Defendant A and D got off the network, and Defendant B got on the start-up operation of the OWW, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 200,000,000, and driven with Defendant A and D on the ship.
Accordingly, the defendants stolen the victim's property together with D.
4. Defendants’ special larceny
A. On March 5, 2014, around 21:00, the Defendants reported the network to Defendant B, and Defendant A was driving Defendant B while getting on the back of the Pwing truck with the market price of KRW 3 million, which is the market price of the victim H, at KRW 3 million.
B. On March 28, 2014, around 20:00, the Defendants reported the network by Defendant A, and Defendant B had the amount equivalent to KRW 160,000 in cash from the R cab owned by the victim Q.
C. On March 28, 2014, around 24:00, the Defendants reported to the network by Defendant A, and Defendant B had a hick scam scam scam from the victim non-scam truck. D.
