A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion upon residence, theft;

A. On March 10, 2016, at around 12:10, the Defendant opened a house and a gate, which was not corrected for the house of the victim C located in the Chungcheongnam-nam Budget Group B, and intruded into the said house and a gate to the inside, and collected 72,000 won in cash within the wall owned by the victim who was located on the bed, and then invaded upon the victim’s residence and stolen the victim’s property.

B. C. At around 14:20 on April 23, 2016, the Defendant intruded into the house through a gate that was not corrected in the house of the victim G located in the Chungcheongnamnam Budget GroupF, and cut off a cash of KRW 15,000 and a 100,000 Onnuri gift certificate within the wall owned by the victim, and stolen the victim’s property in total amount of KRW 115,000,000.

On April 28, 2016, at around 12:00, the Defendant intruded the victim I’s house located in Chungcheongnam-nam Budget Group H through the gate and the entrance door, which was opened and opened, and used 80,000 won in cash, contained in the white envelope owned by the victim, which was put under the supervision of this case, and infringed on the victim’s residence and stolen the victim’s property.

E. On April 28, 2016, around 12:00, the Defendant intruded into the victim K’s house located in the Chungcheongnam-nam Budget Council, and through the entrance door and the entrance door, which was not corrected, and used a 70,000 won in cash owned by the victim in the cremation, and stolen the victim’s property.

2. A defendant who has invaded upon his/her residence and attempted larceny has reached the house of the victim M in the Chungcheongnam-nam Budget L around 12:00 at the end of March 2016.
