Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, each of the above two years against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is an employee of the branch office D, Mano Samsung Motor Vehicle, and Defendant B was an employee who was in charge of the loan of the vehicle security loan company B.

1. On March 28, 2013, the Defendants conspired to sell to F in 23,535,200 the 2013 passenger cars at the point of the Hamno Samsung Motor Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd. (mutual change to Vienna Capital Co., Ltd., Ltd., March 27, 2015), and filed an application for loans of KRW 21,80,000 with the victim’s non-indicted 1,80,000 with the account in the name of the Hamno Samsung Motor Co., Ltd., Ltd., for loans of KRW 21,80,00 for the above vehicle loans.

However, the actual ex-factory price of the above vehicle was 19,844,00 won, and the price of the above vehicle was 21,80,000 won as the price of the above vehicle was impossible, and it was thought that the vehicle ex-factory price of the above vehicle was changed to the higher price and submitted to the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to acquire the property from the victimized company in collusion.

2. On April 1, 2013, the Defendants: (a) conspired with the Government of the Republic of Korea on April 1, 2013, using the document containing KRW 18,040,00,00 in the vehicle delivery price column stated in the said BM3 vehicle registration certificate of the GM3 vehicle released by the said F at the point of GM3 vehicle D; (b) printed out the document containing KRW 21,395,636 using the PC located therein; and (c) attach it to the document and then re-printed it by printing it; and (d) alter the registration certificate of the public document issued by the Government of the Government of the Republic of Korea on April 1, 2013, and exercised it by facsimile at the same place as the above at around 13:35 on the same day by sending the altered registration certificate to the said SP Capital Capital without knowledge of the fact.
