A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall take money 56,00,000 won and this shall apply to the applicant by fraud.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 31, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment for fraud at the Busan District Court on August 8, 201, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on February 8, 2013. On October 16, 2013, the Busan District Court sentenced the Defendant to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Busan District Court on February 25, 2014, and became final and conclusive on February 25, 2014.

The Defendant: (a) concluded a real estate lease agreement with four tenants, such as the 101 tenant F, 202 tenant G, 302 tenant tenants H, and 401 tenant I of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, which is one of his/her own possession; (b) as such, it is impossible to lend a loan according to the terms of the lease agreement; (c) as the real estate lease agreement was concluded at a price lower than the actual price, the Defendant forged the real estate lease agreement of the above tenants at a price lower than the actual price, and was willing to obtain a loan after offering the same as the above four households as security to the Young-gu Credit Cooperative.

A. On March 201, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with the tenant H of the above building No. 302 with the tenant of the above building KRW 45 million in the form of the real estate lease agreement, which was reproduced in advance, in the form of the real estate lease agreement with the tenant of KRW 302,00,00,000, as an official approval color pen, and in the lessee column, the Defendant entered the lease agreement with the tenant of KRW 15,000,00 in the form of the real estate lease agreement with the tenant of KRW 302,00,000,000 and the lessee column as “J 101,000,0000,000,000,0000,000,000

Since then on March 15, 201, the Defendant applied for a loan to Ls in charge of lending the above-mentioned real estate lease contract at the office of the Youngdong Credit Cooperatives, which was located in Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-do 74, 17, Seo-gu, Busan (Dong Dong Dong Dong 1), and used the above-mentioned forged real estate lease contract. After deceiving Ls in charge of the above credit cooperatives, the Defendant was issued 22 million won as the loan from the damaged person on the 17th of the same month.
