A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 10, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a car in the Esp-type in the area of about 35 km in total from the 97-1 of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the front of the restaurant in which it is impossible to know the trade name in the area of Sisp-type, Sisp-type, Sisp-si, Sisp-si, Sisp-si, Sisp-si.

2. On April 10, 2015, at around 22:20, the Defendant driven an E Spart car at the section of approximately 300 meters up to the front of the oil station located in C at Spart City, in front of a restaurant for which the trade name located in Spart-dong at Spak-si cannot be known, while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.075%, at around 22:39 on the same day.

3. On April 10, 2015, the Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official document was discovered as a drinking driver while driving the E Spath vehicle in front of the D Spath vehicle located in C at the D Spath Office at Sinsi, and was required to present a driver’s license from F of the police station belonging to the Gyeonggi Rpath Police Station for Traffic Control of the Gyeonggi City Police Station.

The defendant presented G's driver's license, which is a public document in possession, as one of his own drivers' licenses.

Accordingly, the defendant did not use official documents.

4. Forgery of private signature, and the use of a false investigation or signature;

A. The Defendant presented F’s license as if he were his driver’s license at the date, time, place, as described in paragraph 3, to F as if he were his driver’s license, and followed F’s signature without authority for the purpose of exercising by signing “G” in the “PDA” column for the result of the crackdown on drunk driving (PDA) of the mobile information terminal (PDA), and exercised FF’s signature by storing and posting it in the traffic police service system.

B. The Defendant signed and sealed “G” at the bottom of the Statement on Exemplary Drivers, which was given from F at the time and place specified in paragraph 3, and then delivered it again to F.
